BELOW KNEE PROSTHESIS

Introduction

A below-knee prosthesis (also called a transtibial prosthesis) is an artificial limb designed for individuals who have undergone an amputation below the knee. It replaces the missing portion of the leg and allows for mobility, balance, and function.

MULTIFLEX FOOT

(Multi-Axis Foot)

  • Better adaptation to uneven terrain.
  • Best for moderate and high activity user

Single Axis Foot

 
  • Allows movement in one direction (up and down).
  • Helps users with stability, especially on uneven surfaces.
  • Common for elderly or less active users.

Energy Storage Foot

 
  • Made from carbon fiber material
  • Absorbs and releases energy for a more natural walking motion.
  • Suitable for active users and athletes.
